Digital printing reproduces your artwork in full colour straight from the file, so there are no screens to make and no limit on colours. Gradients, photos and fine detail all come through, which makes it ideal for designs that would be impractical to screen print.
Because there's no setup, it's the sensible choice for small runs, samples, one-off pieces and orders where every garment carries a different name or design.
Ordering a large run of a simple logo? Screen printing usually works out cheaper per shirt, and embroidery gives polos and caps a premium finish.

Should I choose digital or screen printing?
Digital printing suits small quantities and colourful, detailed designs. Screen printing suits larger runs of designs with a few solid colours. We'll recommend the better option when we quote.
Can you print photos on a T-shirt?
Yes. Digital printing handles photos, gradients and fine detail that screen printing can't reproduce well.
Can each shirt have a different name?
Yes. With no screens to change, personalised names and different designs in the same order are straightforward.
What artwork file should I send?
A high-resolution PNG, PDF or vector file gives the sharpest result. If you only have a JPG, upload it anyway. Our design studio converts JPG and PNG logos to vector.
